The Sow v. City of New York settlement only includes claims for people who were arrested by the NYPD, and eligibility depends on location and date of arrest and the charges brought. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY DECEMBER 22, 2023 TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR PAYMENT.
